Students have a lot of choices for college. Maybe too many. Everybody has an opinion. Wouldn’t it be nice to talk with someone who doesn’t have any predetermined expectations? Or a clipboard? Shouldn’t finding your path be fun and not painful? Isn’t being you pretty great until someone tells you you’re not what they’re looking for? How do you choose a college that fits you and your budget? You can get beyond test scores and get into the college of your choice.
As a certified coach, I use a Personality Match Technique that explores the individual values of each student and connects them to possible colleges. We also continue to explore each school, based on a neuroscience tool using the 7 Levels of Personal Effectiveness. This helps create a solid list of possibilities. I believe it is this work that has helped all of my clients with admission and retention in the college of their choice.
Additionally, students often need a partner to find the motivation to write a college essay, rehearse for a college interview or find a major. I am that person. It’s all about helping you, help yourself. Coaching will keep you on track and on time, but it really works to help every student find their best future.
At least that's my opinion.
